FINANCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
The mission of the Financial Services Department (TOU), which operates under the Directorate of Financial and Administrative Services (DODY), is to ensure effective financial planning and the sound management of the financial resources of the H.S.G.M.E., as well as to provide financial services that support the Authority’s strategic objectives. The Department offers support across a wide range of areas, including but not limited to:
- financial planning and preparation of the annual budget, financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports,
- review and clearance of expenditures, based on valid documentation, and issuance of payment orders,
- cash flow management and payment systems,
- accounting, cost control, and management of procurement processes, including contracts for supplies, services, studies, and projects,
- maintenance of records related to payment orders, procurements, service and project contracts,
- management and distribution of the Authority’s scientific publications and maps,
- management of all fixed and consumable assets of the Authority,
- financial management of the library and aerial photograph archives,
- support to regional units in financial administration, cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies, and provision of related information.
