The Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (ΕΑGME) re-announces a Public Open Tender with written sealed bids for the “Lease of the Cafeteria and Gift Shop of the Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (ΕΑGME) and the National Geological Museum (NGM)”, for the service of employees and visitors of the building.
The procedure will be conducted in accordance with the terms of Tender Notice No. 1068/12-02-2025 and the provisions of Articles 26 to 37 of Presidential Decree 715/1979 (Government Gazette A’ 212), applied analogically. The minimum bid is set at one thousand euros (€1,000.00) per month.
Contract Award Criterion: The highest monthly rental amount meeting all terms, specifications, and requirements of the notice. The bidder offering the highest monthly rent will be declared the successful tenderer.
The lease duration is defined as five (5) years. By mutual agreement between the contracting parties, the lease may be extended for an additional three (3) years.
The cafeteria and gift shop are located on the ground floor of ΕΑGME headquarters at 1 Spyrou Loui Street, 3rd Entrance, Olympic Village, 13677 Acharnes (NUTS: EL305), in specially designed areas. The total area of the premises is approximately 120.425 sq.m. — specifically, 89.375 sq.m. for the cafeteria and 31.05 sq.m. for the gift shop.
All bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope. Interested parties may submit their offers in person, through an authorized representative, or send them by registered mail or courier to the ΕΑGME headquarters at 1 Sp. Loui Street, Olympic Village, 13677 Acharnes.
