The subject of the contract is the Provision of Staff Transportation Services for H.S.G.M.E. to and from its headquarters by bus.
The purpose of the contract is to meet the transportation needs of H.S.G.M.E. personnel to and from the Authority’s central facilities located in the Olympic Village of Acharnes, Attica, by bus, with departure points distributed across the wider area of the capital. The transportation services aim to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Authority.
The provided services fall under the following code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 60130000–8 “Special-purpose road passenger transport services.”
The estimated value of the contract amounts to €485,007.30 including VAT 13% (budget excluding VAT: €429,210.00 and VAT: €55,797.30).
Under the right of option, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the services provided by the contractor by up to 50%. The estimated value of the option right amounts to 50%, i.e. €242,503.65 including VAT 13% (option budget excluding VAT: €214,605.00 and VAT: €27,898.65).
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to €727,510.95 including VAT 13% (budget excluding VAT: €643,815.00 and VAT: €83,695.95).
The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer in terms of the best value-for-money ratio.
The duration of the contract is set at two (2) years from the date of signing and may be extended for an additional one (1) year.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right of option, which may be exercised unilaterally during the execution of the contract, specifically: Following the conclusion of the initial contract, during project implementation and before its expiration, the Contracting Authority may decide to exercise the right of option by increasing the physical and financial scope of the project (as described herein) by up to fifty percent (50%) of the project’s budget.
The place of service provision is defined as the routes to and from the central facilities of H.S.G.M.E., Spyrou Loui 1, Olympic Village, Acharnes, P.C. 13677, 3rd Entrance of the Olympic Village.
