SUBJECT:
The purpose of the contract is to cover the needs of the Geochemistry and Environment Department of ΕΑGME arising from the implementation of the project “Grant to ΕΑGME for studies and technical consultancy on the Remediation and Restoration of Contaminated Areas at the Inactive Kirki Mine [KIRKAP1]”, with OPS Code 6017296, included in the Programme “Environment and Climate Change 2021–2027.”
The subject of the contract is the Provision of Services by a certified chemical analysis laboratory for the analysis and determination of parameters in water samples collected from the wider area of the Public Mine of Kirki to assess water quality. The samples include mine waters with low pH and high to very high metal concentrations, stream water samples, and groundwater samples (boreholes and wells). The requested determinations include physicochemical parameters, basic chemical analysis, and a series of trace elements, as specified in Article 2 of this document.
The contract does not include sampling and transportation of samples to the contractor’s laboratory, as these activities are carried out by ΕΑGME.
The services fall under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 71620000-0 | Analytical services.
The place of service provision shall be the operating address of the contractor’s chemical laboratory. Collaboration with the Contracting Authority will take place at the ΕΑGME premises in the Olympic Village, Acharnes.
The duration of the contract is set at fifty-four (54) months from the date of signature.
The estimated contract value is One Hundred and Eight Thousand Euros (€108,000.00) excluding VAT (24%), for a total of One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Euros (€133,920.00).
Due to its unified and indivisible nature and the interrelated character of the services described herein, the contract will not be divided into lots and will be awarded as a single project for all samples and required analyses.
The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer based on price.
The deadline for the submission of tenders is Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The procedure will be conducted through the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) platform, accessible via the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
