The subject of the contract is the Provision of Transportation Services for EAGME Personnel to and from its headquarters by bus. Routes will be operated according to the specific provisions outlined in Annex I – “Detailed Description of the Physical and Financial Scope of the Contract.”
The purpose of the contract is to cover the transportation needs of EAGME personnel to and from the Authority’s central facilities located in the Olympic Village of Acharnes, Attica, with routes starting from various locations across the wider Athens area. These transfers aim to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Authority.
The provided services fall under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 60130000–8 “Special-purpose road passenger transport services.”
The duration of the contract is set at one (1) year from the signing date, with the possibility of an extension of up to 50% of the original contract duration.
EAGME reserves the right to exercise an option, which may be implemented unilaterally during the execution of the contract. Specifically, after the signing of the main contract and before its expiration, the Contracting Authority may decide to increase the physical and financial scope of the project by up to 100% of the project’s initial budget.
Estimated contract value: €421,190.55 (including 13% VAT). Net budget: €372,735.00 – VAT: €48,455.55.
Under the option right, the Authority may increase the services provided by up to 100% of the initial contract.

Total estimated contract value: €842,381.10 (including 13% VAT). Net budget: €745,470.00 – VAT: €96,911.10.
The location of service provision is defined as the transport to and from the central facilities of EAGME, located at Spyridonos Loui 1, Olympic Village, Acharnes, 13677, Gate C.
The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer according to the best price-quality ratio.
