OBJECT: The subject of the contract is the provision of transportation services for the personnel of the H.S.G.M.E. to and from its headquarters by bus. Routes will be operated in accordance with the specific provisions described in ANNEX I “Detailed Description of the Physical and Financial Scope of the Contract” of this tender notice.
PURPOSE: The purpose of the contract is to meet the transportation needs of H.S.G.M.E. personnel to and from the central offices of the Authority in the Olympic Village of Acharnes, Attica, using buses with starting points distributed throughout the wider area of the capital. The aim of these transfers is to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Authority.
The provided services fall under the following code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 60130000–8 “Special passenger transport services by road.”
DURATION OF CONTRACT: The duration of the contract is set at one (1) year from the date of signature, with an option right of up to 100% of the initial contract amount.
OPTION RIGHT: The contracting authority reserves the right of option, which may be exercised unilaterally during the contract’s execution. Specifically, after the conclusion of the initial contract and before its expiry, the Contracting Authority may decide to exercise this option, increasing the physical and financial scope of the project (as described herein) by up to one hundred percent (100%) of the project’s budget.
ESTIMATED VALUE: The estimated value of the contract amounts to €433,953.90 including VAT (13%) (budget excluding VAT: €384,030.00, VAT: €49,923.90).
Under the option right, the Contracting Authority may increase the provided services by up to 100%. The estimated value of the option right amounts to €433,953.90 including VAT (13%) (budget excluding VAT: €384,030.00, VAT: €49,923.90).
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to €867,907.80 including VAT (13%) (budget excluding VAT: €768,060.00, VAT: €99,847.80).
The place of service provision is defined as the transportation to and from the central offices of H.S.G.M.E., located at 1 Spyrou Loui St., Olympic Village, Acharnes, P.C. 13677, Gate C, Olympic Village.
AWARD CRITERION: The contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer according to the best price-quality ratio.
