The subject of the contract is the “Supply of Scientific Instruments/Equipment for Laboratory and Field Use.”
EAGME, guided by its commitment to the sustainable use of natural energy resources (such as geothermal fields), the prevention and protection of citizens from natural disasters, and the productive and sustainable exploitation of mineral wealth for the benefit of the national economy, is implementing the project “Studies and Research Supporting the Energy Sector of Industry and Entrepreneurship,” abbreviated as OPYGEK. Among other objectives, the programme aims at the gradual re-evaluation of occurrences of metallic and non-metallic mineral raw materials in selected public mining areas, the investigation of by-products/waste reuse, and the identification of new occurrences of strategically important metals. To support these activities, EAGME operates ISO 17025:2017-accredited specialized laboratories that perform numerous standard tests. To enhance the capacity of these laboratories, EAGME intends to renew or acquire new equipment, which constitutes the subject of this tender.
The items to be procured fall under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 33191100-6 Sterilizers, 38000000-5 Laboratory, optical, and precision equipment (except glasses), 38434560-9 Chemical analyzers, 38430000-8 Detection and analysis instruments and devices, 38424000-3 Measuring and control equipment, 38433000-9 Spectrophotometers, 38947000-7 X-ray microanalyzers, 38540000-2 Testing and measuring machines and devices, 43411000-7 Screening and sifting machinery.
The estimated contract value amounts to Two Hundred Twenty Thousand One Hundred Sixty-One Euros and Twenty-Nine Cents (€220,161.29) excluding VAT, and Two Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Euros (€273,000.00) including 24% VAT.
The estimated duration of the contract shall not exceed six (6) months from the date of signing.

Bids may be submitted for the total quantity of one or more sections, or for all sections combined. In the case of submitting a bid for more than one section, a separate offer (in a separate envelope) must be submitted for each section.
Maximum number of sections that may be awarded to a single bidder: all sections.
The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, determined by the lowest price per section of the tender.
