SUBJECT:
The subject of the contract is the supply of coded laboratory chemical reagents for the analysis of major elements, trace elements, and chemical compounds in water samples.
The supply falls under the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 24950000-8 – Chemical preparations.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to two hundred seventy-six thousand euros (€276,000.00) excluding VAT, and three hundred forty-two thousand two hundred forty euros (€342,240.00) including 24% VAT.
The duration of the contract is set at twenty-four (24) months from the date of signing.

Given that the contract concerns the supply of a single, uniform type of item, it is not divided into lots, and the award will be made as a whole.
