Physical Object:
The physical scope of the project includes the following:
- Study on the transition of the Legal Entity of Private Law (IGME) to the Legal Entity of Public Law (HSGME) under the Public Accounting System, and the establishment of a Special Account for Research Funds (ELKE), if decided administratively.
- Procurement of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for accounting resource management.
- Customization of the ERP system to meet the needs of HSGME and ELKE (if established).
- Accounting support during HSGME’s adaptation phase.
- Digitization of HSGME’s Human Resources archive.
Purpose – Expected Results:
The purpose of the proposed project is to support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, reports, and balance sheets, as well as the fulfillment of obligations arising from IGME’s transition to a Public Law Entity (HSGME). The project aims to ensure a smooth transition of HSGME to the public accounting framework and to support research activities through the establishment of the new special account (ELKE).
