The TRiPGiFT project aims to develop a unified and comprehensive teaching and learning framework among all partners, leveraging the latest educational technology trends that promote distance learning integrated within interdisciplinary STEM approaches, through the implementation of Virtual Field Trips (VFTs). VFTs provide an interactive and engaging method that serves as the foundation for a variety of educational activities and challenges.
These virtual experiences can play a significant role in the educational process and, when combined with existing teaching materials from various sources, can offer a holistic, high-quality, and modern educational experience. The developed material is intended to serve as a supplementary and explanatory tool accompanying a teaching handbook for secondary education instructors in geoscience subjects. It can also be utilized in other initiatives focusing on integrated approaches based on the STEAM methodology.
